Dr Alison Roberts obtained her initial medical degree at James Cook University in Northern Queensland in 2008. She then completed her Internship followed by her Residency, which mostly consisted of working within medical specialty teams, at The Prince Charles Hospital in Brisbane. Then, following 9 months working within the different psychiatric teams at The Prince Charles Hospital, Dr Roberts joined the psychiatry training program in mid 2012 and subsequently completed the majority of her specialty training locally at The Prince Charles Hospital.
